Norway exported 213,000 tonnes of seafood worth NOK 9.6 billion in March. This is an increase of NOK 392 million, or 4 per cent, compared with March 2019. In the first quarter, 664,000 tonnes of seafood were exported, worth NOK 28.6 billion. The value of Norwegian seafood exports has increased by NOK 2.9 billion, or 11 per cent, against the same period last year.

Norway exported 216,000 tonnes of seafood totalling NOK 9.3 billion in February. This is a 6 per cent reduction in volume but an increase in value of NOK 1.4 billion, or 17 per cent, compared with February last year. So far this year, 430,000 tonnes of seafood have been exported with a value of NOK 19 billion.
Norway exported 207,000 tonnes of seafood totalling NOK 9.8 billion in January. Volume is at the same level as last year, while export value increased by NOK 1.2 billion, or 15 per cent, compared with January 2019.
Norway exported 2.7 million tonnes of seafood to a total value of NOK 107.3 billion in 2019. This represents a 3 per cent decrease in volume but an 8 per cent (or NOK 8.3 billion) increase in value, compared to 2018, which was a record year. This corresponds to 36 million meals every day throughout the year, or 25,000 meals per minute.
Norway exported 273,000 tonnes of seafood worth NOK 10.5 billion in November. Compared with the same period last year: • Export value increased by 6 per cent or NOK 574 million • Export volume decreased by 5 per cent
Norway exported 291,000 tonnes of seafood worth NOK 10.9 billion in October. Compared with the same period last year: • Export volume increased by 8 per cent, • Export value increased by 9 per cent or NOK 854 million So far this year, Norway has exported 2.2 million tonnes of seafood worth NOK 87 billion.
Norway has exported 1.8 million tonnes of seafood worth NOK 76.2 billion so far this year. This is a decrease of 7 per cent in volume, but an 8 per cent, or NOK 5.5 billion, increase in export value compared with the same period last year.

Norway exported 182,000 tonnes of seafood with a total value of NOK 8.6 billion in August. Volume decreased by 4 percent, while export value increased by NOK 678 million or 9 percent, compared with August last year.
Norway has exported 164,000 tonnes of seafood worth NOK 7.8 billion in July. This is a 6 per cent fall in volume but an 11 per cent, or NOK 768 million, growth in value compared with the same period last year.
In the first half of 2019, Norway exported 1.3 million tonnes of seafood with an export value of NOK 51.2 billion. This is a 13 per cent decrease in volume and but an increase of 7 per cent, or NOK 3.1 billion in value, measured against the same period in 2018.
